For years, Canon has published a set of "playbooks" to train sales reps on the various Canon solutions that can help retail banks streamline their document-flow processes. Assessment studies revealed that reps had very low retention rates for this information, which is a critical make-or-break variable in the sales process. BrandGames' worked with Canon to take this analog training and translate it into the engaging language of digital business.
Leveraging Canon's support for the Boomer Esiason foundation - BrandGames™ designed a football-themed videogame that breaks each 'Playbook' into four interactive rounds. Each round begins with a video describing a particular business segment and the Canon solution that best fits that business need. Next, the reps test their knowledge by taking the information into a 'live' question-and-answer football game. The learning is then reinforced by a coaching session which reviews all of the correct and incorrect answers.
