80% of Con Ed's 500 Customer Service Representatives are under thirty years old and most have fewer than 5 years on the job, so many have limited experience dealing with critical events in their own lives and on the customer level. It can be hard for them to empathize with their customers and deliver the kind of service that meets ConEd's best practice standards.

STORM!, the game-based empathy training simulation from BrandGames™, helps CSRs develop the skills and confidence they need to build trust with customers in a variety of emergency scenarios. It does this by helping CSRs visualize the customer's perspective and apply the critical thinking needed to offer credible feedback and helpful solutions during these high pressure events.

The Sim is a high pressure, but fun, game that communicates context for CSRs on many aspects of critical event response - from interacting with the customer - to communicating systems and process - to leveraging internal information resources -- for a full understanding of how their work impacts the company's success.
