Samsung Sales Explorer Learning Arcade - Sales Training
While some of their competitors cut out features to compete on price, Samsung is adding features to increase value. Retail salespeople are expected to communicate this value to consumers but there are challenges. There is high turnover on the retail sales floor and reps have hundreds of products to sell.
Our challenge was to bring the predominantly 25-34 year old male retail sales rep up to speed on Samsung as the electronics powerhouse and to help them communicate the value that Samsung builds into specific new products. We differentiated Samsung's message by building it into a fast-paced videogame that challenged players to recall product features to win points worth valuable electronic prizes from Samsung.
